▶담당업무
- Understand Portfolio/Brand strategy and lead insight team to help company to make consumer centric decision
- Develop and build insight planning aligning with Brand and Campaign plan
- Lead Key Commercial Tracking and Brand Equity tracking and transform the data into insight
- Deliver insight on short term and long term brand/campaign performance to help deliver Marketing
effectiveness and efficiencies
1) Provide brand analysis for brand campaign – Pre/Post campaign research
2) Deliver comprehensive consumer target analysis by utilizing different data points(1YP)
– Audience target refresh
- Pro-actively connecting dots between business context, and consumer insight using multiple research platforms and other resources/ channels to bring strategic recommendation to the business
- Lead and inspire the team by providing right mentorship and guidance
▶자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree and above, business, marketing, statistics, psychology majors are preferred
- Able to draw data-based insights and strategy to continually seek opportunities, identify new prospects.
- Strong at handling multiple data sources and able to transform it to marketing strategy
- Proactive and being able to work as team and lead a team.
- Proficient verbal & written communication skill in both English & Korean
