▶Role Overview

Develop the new package and new product with the needs from customer in the timeline.

• East Asia packaging development manager requires to Develop the new package and new product with the needs from customer in the timeline.

• Execute the innovation and value engineering in order to support  competitive business in the beer market

• Contribute the GLY improvement, VE, reduction of consumer complain through developing the alternative materials and activities of the qulity improvement

▶Key Responsibilities

• Leading the CIF(Commercial innovation factory) for Packaging material to satisfy the current consumer need
• Leding the TIF(Technical innovation factory) & VE for Packaging material to make competitive packaging VIC
• Packaging technical support for brewery and relavant function to contribute the GLY improvement, Sustainability improvement, VIC improvement
• Quality improved packaging development to minimize the Consumer complaint

▶Key Skills & Competencies

• Understanding for packaging material, Beer or Beverage manufacturing process and quality
• Validate and prove the technology complying with company compliance. Package development manager is capable of leading project teams and working in an effective and efficient manner through cross-functional project teams leveraging internal and external network
• Integrate the relavant fuction on both supply and commercial to lead the project on time to drive our commerial innovation objectives
• Ability to succeed in a target-oriented environment in which priorities, project scope and time schedules will be set and adjusted in order to meet often challenging business demands.
• Ability to anticipate, support, drive and manage change, being open to innovation by generating new solutions and developing creative approaches.
• Developed external network with experts in Packaging development

▶Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Brewing/Food engineering, Chemistry, Engineering, Electronics, Material
• Experience in the food and/or alcoholic beverage industry, Packaging/ Quality / logisitcs operations experience (min 5 years).
• Fluency in English. Additional / local languages are an asset.
