▶담당업무

OBC is looking for partnership manager specializing in sports / e-sports to lead our culture and relationship team to realize new “Mega Platform” strategy towards building new ways of relationship between our brands and beer lovers.


In this role, you'll manage programs and create long-term relationships with external partners regarding Sports / e-Sports leagues, Associations, Sports Brands, etc. You will also interact with internal stakeholders such as Marketing (including Brand team), Trade, Procurement, Finance and Legal to ensure proper approach and procedures are taken when planning and executing projects.

 

You will assist in strategy planning, facilitate business/operational processes, manage the operational components of strategic partner campaigns, identify/drive business growth, and obtain approvals for various sports-related opportunities. You will manage partner relationships, prioritize incoming requests, troubleshoot partner systems around reporting, manage content, and create periodic reports on partner performance.


* Manage and optimize existing partnerships to maximize business growth and consumer experience

* Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, focus on existing performance growth, and advocate internally on behalf of partners

* Prioritize business development through analysis and knowledge of our brands and portfolio

* Work cross-functionally with Marketing (including Brand, Media, Digital team), Trade, Procurement, Finance and Legal

- Contract management

- Risk Management

- ROI management

- Internal approval process


▶자격요건

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

* 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, sports industry (including retail), E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, IP content marketing (including character or entertainment industry), Gaming, or Technology industries

* Ability to speak and write in English and Korean fluently

* In depth understanding of marketing and latest trends in Sports & F&B industry

* Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally

* Ability to interface with partners, solve critical problems through analysis and grow in a fast-paced, fluid and collaborative environment

- The partnership team brings the best platforms that could link brands with consumers and consumption. Based on passion points each brand holds, we find and bring platforms, brands or organizations to the table which can associate with drinking occasions

- Our team currently consists of 3 members who respects each other's space and has a horizontal culture. The bigger team consists of nearly 30 colleagues who work in media, data and intelligence, social etc.

- Adaptation and agility is key in our company culture. Flexibility within change is important, especially when it comes to the fast-paced industry
