· Creative Planning : The ability to understand strategies and develop creative ideas that align with them
· Branding : The ability to understand the characteristics of a brand and generate ideas accordingly
· Copywriting : The ability to structure ideas and articulate them into sentences.
▶Qualification (자격요건)
· Proven experience as a Copywriter within an advertising agency.
· Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of integrated campaigns, brand storytelling, and visual ideation across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, inspire, and guide cross-functional creative teams.
· Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand strategy, with the ability to translate insights into emotionally resonant creative.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience pitching ideas to senior stakeholders and clients.
· Strong ability for collaboration and coopertation with other teams or stakeholders
· A passionate and proactive attitude with both a creator’s mindset and a brand manager’s point of view.
▶Preferred Qualification
· Ability to read & understand in English, fluency preferred
