포지션 명 : Raw Material Sr.Manager
근무지 : 삼성동 아셈타워
고용 형태 : 정규직 (6개월 수습기간 / 100% 급여지급)
▶ 담당업무
- Lead procurement strategy for raw material (import malt, barley, hop, flavors & chemical materials) for contracting & manage contract execution
- Manage supply security and corporate with SCM & brewery to ensure on-time delivery (review production plan with SCM & brewery on a weekly/monthly basis & inventory management)
- Manage raw materials import operation : manage PO (purchase order), monitor/track the shipment schedule & status of delivery to brewery
- Manage import operation (managing PO & tracking shipment schedule & status) and lead the process optimization
- Develop new suppliers for supply security
- Collaborate with various stakeholders such as supply chains, marketing, GHQ & APAC
- Routine management : analyse actual purchase & spend on a monthly basis
- Others : support innovation project such material sourcing for recipe change, new product development
▶ 자격요건
- Education
- University Degree or equivalent
- Critical skills needed for success in this position
- Languages: Fluent English speaking
- More than 5 years of procurement sourcing experience.
- Project management experience
- Analytic skills
- Proactive, resilient & agile mindset
- Advanced communication skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders
